We can work with all sporting codes, but most of our experience to date is within the following sporting codes:

Although we currently work in high-performance environments, we also work with clients seeking to improve their lifestyle habits through training and recreational activities.

This is an additional service we offer related to our strength and conditioning programs. It is not included in the monthly or one-time fee paid for your strength and conditioning program. The service will help guide clients toward fueling their goals and activities. Athletes will be educated and provided with a supplement protocol to help them excel in their sport whilst remaining within WADA standards.

Progress tracking and fatigue monitoring

Tracking your progress and monitoring fatigue is essential for making key adjustments to your program and enabling a fast track towards your goals. There are multiple ways to track your progress, such as performance benchmarking, Biometric data, Questionnaires, Training load and volume, Body composition to name a few.

Your specific goals and circumstances will determine the services we use and when we perform them. These services are included with your monthly fee, but they are not part of one-time or pre-written programs unless specifically requested. In such cases, a separate quote will be provided.

As human movement specialists at WinnertzFitness, we will interpret and explain the data and results to you. Most of the progress tracking methods we offer are free or already integrated within our system. However, if you choose to do an In-Body measurement, you will be responsible for covering that cost. You are also free to have the measurement done wherever you prefer.
